ANTI-IMPACT KIT 02

The anti-strike kit offers maximum protection against crude and violent attacks with the possibility of unrestricted movement.
It can be worn both concealed and over outer clothing. The whole kit consists of two main parts: upper body protector including arm and elbow protector and leg protector (knee and shin protectors).

The set protects all moving parts of the body such as shoulders, elbows, shins including the ankle. The torso is perfectly covered in the front, back and side profile - with a 3-layer shell. The fitting and custom adjustment of the set to individual body types is ensured by Velcro fasteners and elastic elastic straps. Knee and shin protectors and shoulder and elbow protectors are available in three height groups L/I, XL/II, XXL/III

The torso protector provides perfect protection in its front, side and rear profile. It provides high resistance to impact and mechanical effects. In the shoulder area, the inner vest is reinforced with shoulder mouldings. The torso protector is equipped with straps and eyelets for hanging the arm protector and forearm and elbow protectors, eyelets for fixing the thigh protector. The shin protector serves to protect the ankles, instep, knee, shin and calves in the front and side profile, partially in the rear profile of the user. The basic load-bearing part of the protector consists of a laminated sandwich, the shape of which takes into account the anatomy of the lower limb and the possibility of long-term and comfortable use of the protector.

Torso protector:

• Outer upper plastic moulding made of polypropylene with high dimensional stability
• The inner anti-shock layer is made by heat pressing from special EVA foam with high ability to distribute the kinetic energy generated by the impact on the plastic protector and thus reduce the actual impact
• The anti-shock foam is covered with a standard knitted fabric in the colour of the kit
• Vents on the inner anti-shock vest allow partial ventilation of the vest and increase its flexibility
• The inner vest - the supporting element of the torso protector, is made in standard design from a raschel functional knit, which wicks away sweat and moisture transport, providing overall thermoregulation
• The construction of the protector allows for quick donning and doffing, it is recommended to optimise the adjustment of the fasteners and clamping elements according to the needs before the first use

Shin guard:

• Outer layer made of high-strength water-repellent fabric
• The middle layer is made of anti-shock EVA foam and the inner layer uses a functional abrasion-resistant raglan knit
• Plastic anatomically shaped protectors are sewn onto the base part of the protector: ankle protector, ankle protector, knee protector and shin protector.
• The shin protector is fitted with a rear calf protector
• The protectors are right and left, beware of confusion!
• The design of the protector allows quick donning and doffing
• High wearing comfort without restriction of movement
• Variable clamping system and fixation with elastic clamping straps

Arm and forearm protector:

• Outer layer of high-strength water-repellent fabric
• The middle layer is made of anti-shock EVA foam and the inner layer uses a functional abrasion-resistant raglan knit
• Plastic anatomically shaped protectors are sewn onto the base of the protector. The arm protector consists of two separate strap adjustable parts. Upper part: arm protector, lower part: elbow and forearm protector.

Thigh - hip protector:

• Outer layer made of high-strength water-repellent fabric - support part for impact-resistant protectors
• The middle layer is made of anti-shock EVA foam and the inner layer uses a functional abrasion-resistant raglan knit
• Plastic anatomically shaped protectors are sewn onto the base part of the protector: upper thigh protector right and left
• The design of the protector allows quick donning and doffing
• High wearing comfort without restriction of movement

• Functional reliability: temperature range -25°C to 50°C
